Customizing Profiles

An important thing to understand when using Fast Accurate Bids is that different pricing profiles will result in different bid amounts for the same items with the same decoration tasks. Make sure you choose the pricing profile that is the correct choice for the bid you want to produce. Match your current pricing.

Profiles are completely adjustable:

 

Create more than one type of Profile for each type of Client and Customer, each gets their own pricing structure

Four profiles were created to make this one bid, one for Check-In and Layout Only, one for Screen Charge Only, one for Printing Charge Only, and one for Ink Charge Only.

Check In/Layout

 

This field sets the charge per item that you want used to cover the time it takes to unpack items, count them, stack them for decoration, lay them out again after decoration, recount them, and repack them for delivery.

 

Screen Charge per Color

 

This field is for the amount you charge the customer for each screen for printing. It is intended to cover the labor and materials associated with the use of the screen.

Printing Charge per Color

 

This field sets the amount you charge for labor to print one color on one item, i.e. pull the squeegee.

Ink Charge per Color

 

This field sets the amount you charge for ink to print one color on one item.
